A van called Nettle...
Here’s our recently converted campervan, Nettle! She’s a 2012 Ford Transit Ex-Council van, and now she’s starting a thrilling new chapter as our Foragemobil. After two years of hard work, dedication and money, she’s finally ready for adventure!
We designed and built all the fittings ourselves! The cupboards are crafted with rattan, and the tiles are stick-on—lightweight yet beautiful. Every detail reflects our personal touch and love for the van!

She also has a 30 litre underslung gas tank, a Trauma Combi Boiler, and a high spec electrical system, fitted ourselves!

I can’t wait to take our beautiful little Indie out truffle hunting in her!
Our inside space...
Nettle is a fully equipped off-grid camper, complete with solar panels, a hot water sink and shower, a cassette toilet, a 2-burner hob, a 60-litre fridge, and a fairly large bed!
